Why I'm putting my prices up
Dear my most loyal and loving clients
I wanted to personally write to you and share my brand new packages. First of all, I want to thank you for your undying loyalty and I hope to retain your business. I have worked hard to restructure my business and packages this last month to ensure I provide you with so much more value for your money, while striving to reach my end goals.
From working 50 hours a week and missing out on so much time with my 3 and 7 y/o and my Husband, to my heartbreak every time I have to say to you my wonderful client “now you have to choose which images you want to keep”. I can’t keep going in this direction. I assure you I have not made this decision lightly but when I went back and looked at all my sessions from the last 2 years 85% of you bought more images and around 70% of you bought all the images spending around $750 - $900 each.
A lot of you know I have big plans for this business when my Miss 3 goes off to school in the next couple of years, which is my Foundation called Forevermore. This huge dream of mine I have had for around 3 years now and if I want to start making this happen I have to earn more money to fund the start-up of this baby. For those who don’t know Forevermore will provide free Photography Services to families diagnosed with cancer. My ideal scenario is that once people get over the shock of the diagnosis I want them to come to me for a free family session. I want to give them a family session full of love and emotion with a real connection to treasure whatever the future may hold, I pray that at the end of the day the families live happily ever after and have a beautiful photobook to treasure. But I lost my Dad at the age of 5 to the big C and most of the photos I have of him he has no hair or looks quite unwell. I want the families of the future who have to tackle this beast to have in their possession emotive images of all of them they can carry with them forevermore.
Eeeek I'm so excited...So what do my new packages look like? They are around 25% dearer but they also include $500 worth of print products. You will get to choose from 2x metal, 2x wood mount prints or a lay-flat photo album as well as getting ALL great images from your gallery. That’s right all-inclusive pricing, you have been asking so I am delivering! Don’t forget we have afterpay and more flexible payment plan option. These new sessions will cost you around $100 per f/n over 6 months or $50 per fortnight over 12 months via our payright payment plan.
